The Westfield Energy Recovery Facility (WERF) is a state-of-the-art energy-from-waste plant located in Fife, Scotland. Developed by Brockwell Energy Services Limited, WERF transforms non-recyclable waste into renewable energy, driving Scotland closer to its Zero Waste and Net Zero goals. Construction began in December 2021, and commissioning now underway.
