Ross is an accomplished energy and finance professional with over 15 years of experience across FTSE 100 businesses and VC-backed start-ups. His career spans multiple industries, both within the UK and internationally, equipping him with a diverse and well-rounded commercial skill set.

Ross entered the energy sector in 2016 as part of the team at Arenko, where he played a pivotal role in financing, building, and operating one of the UK’s first grid-scale, fully merchant Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Since then, he has supported a range of high-growth businesses, managing multiple equity and debt transactions, including the successful sale of RNA-Energy to Brockwell Energy in March 2024.

As Head of Markets & Trading at Brockwell Energy, Ross is responsible for optimising revenue strategies across the company’s renewable and storage portfolio. His deep understanding of UK energy markets, trading mechanisms, and commercial structures ensures that Brockwell maximises value from its assets while navigating the evolving energy landscape.
