Neil initially trained as a Mechanical Engineer and has over three decades of experience working across engineering, energy supply and renewable energy sectors. Neil is an energetic forward thinking leader, who has built a career defined by successfully raising capital, delivering ambitious projects and creating shareholder value.

As a founding member of Brockwell Energy and its first COO, Neil was instrumental in securing external equity to complete a management buyout, establishing Brockwell as an independent energy business in 2018. As CEO, he now leads the company’s strategic focus on renewable energy, including onshore wind, solar, and battery storage.
