Iain is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 40 years of experience in senior finance roles across private, listed, and private equity-backed businesses in the UK, US, and Europe. He combines a foundation of robust financial control and governance with extensive commercial expertise, including M&A, debt structuring, and joint ventures.

As one of Brockwell Energy’s founding team members, Iain has been pivotal to the company’s growth since its inception in 2015, serving as CFO while playing a key role in originating and developing Brockwell’s project pipeline. Under his leadership, Brockwell’s finance team has grown into a highly skilled and capable unit, enabling Iain to dedicate more of his focus to project development.
