Herman Bayem brings over 20 years of expertise in R&D, design engineering, and project delivery within the power systems domain, with a focus on renewable energy development and integration. Throughout his career, he has managed technical and delivery teams for large-scale renewable energy projects, including wind farms and battery storage installations across the UK and Europe.

At Brockwell Energy, Herman leads the technical team, providing engineering support throughout the entire project lifecycle - from development and design to delivery. His role ensures that Brockwell’s renewable energy projects are robustly engineered to meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Herman is a passionate advocate for renewable energy, combining his strong technical background with a commitment to advancing innovative and sustainable energy solutions. His leadership plays a key role in driving Brockwell’s technical excellence and supporting the company’s ambitious renewable energy pipeline.

Herman holds an Engineering degree in Power Systems from the National Advanced School of Engineering of Yaoundé, Cameroon, and a PhD in Physics from the University of Paris 11, France.
